Play CD

A segment (usually a song) on an audio CD, containing both encoded audio data and content information. CD audio tracks can be played and coped by the RealOne Player.

Place an audio CD in a CD drive.
From the Menu bar, select Play>Play CD (X) for the desired drive. The tracks on the CD will be queued to the Now Playing list and played.

If Player is not set to Start Playback When Inserting a CD (Preferences>CD), then double-click any Track Name. The tracks on the CD will be queued to the Now Playing list and played.

The audio tracks on the CD will start playing, from first to last. You can control the playback with the Player Controls.

Play an Audio CD

RealOne Player can play audio CDs without recording and saving the tracks as media files, or adding clips to My Library.

In most cases, inserting a CD into your computer will automatically launch RealOne Player and begin playback.

Note: RealOne Player can be configured to ask if you want to record audio tracks each time you load a CD into a configured CD drive. (See Preferences>CD for details.)
