Display Modes

RealOne Player is normally displayed similarly to other programs you use, as a window on your computer desktop. You can change how your RealOne Player is displayed by selecting a different display mode.

Step-by-Step: Enable Display Modes

MODE

DESCRIPTION

Normal Mode

(Default) RealOne Player is displayed as a window on your desktop. The Presentation Area and all Player Controls are contained in the window. The Media Browser can be opened either attached or detached from this window.

Toolbar Mode

When enabled, the Player Controls are displayed as a Toolbar at the bottom of the screen. Video or Visualization images are displayed in a detached Presentation Area and the Media Browser (if enabled) is displayed as a separate detached window.

Theater Mode

When enabled your desktop image is replace with a black screen, and video is displayed in the center of your screen. To change the size of the video, right-click to access the context menu or use Menu>View from the toolbar at the bottom of your screen. Using this mode does not change your Desktop, it only hides it while you watch the presentation.

Note: Related Info and Album Info are not available in this mode.

Full Screen

While not a proper "mode," since you will have access to only minimal controls during playback and only from the right-click menu, RealOne Player also allows playback in full screen mode. To exit full screen mode, use the ESC key on your keyboard.
