Preferences: Advanced My Library

By default, RealOne Player stores your music files on your computer's C: drive in the My Music folder (C:/My Music). You can change this location at any time. You can also organize, and re-organize, music files into folders and sub-folders within your music folder, and apply these changes to your existing music files.

	Fields	Description
	Change Sub-Folders	Select the number and type of sub-folders in which you would like your music stored. The preview area shows you how your files will be stored.
	Change Filenames	Select a file naming scheme using the drop-down menus. The preview area shows you how your files will be named. Note: The preview is an interactive example of what a filename and location will be with the current settings.
	Apply to Existing Music	Use this option to apply any sub-folder and filename changes to all the clips/files in My Library.
	Backup Security Key	(For previous RealJukebox users only) Use this option to backup your Security Key.
	Restore Security Key	(For previous RealJukebox users only) Use this option to restore your backup security key in the event that you are ever unable to play secure music files that you have recorded using RealJukebox.
	Temporary Media Files Location	Browse..: Select a local directory where the RealOne Player will save various temporary files that it creates and uses during a session. CD Title: If no CD Info is available from the database, the RealOne Player names your CDs according to the settings you select here. Choose naming options from the drop down menus, or type a custom option in the text box.
	CD Title	If no CD Info is available from the database, the RealOne Player names your CDs according to the settings you select here. Choose naming options from the drop down menus, or type a custom option in the text box.
	Database	The database for My Library is dynamically maintained and is always saved when RealOne Player is closed. But if RealOne Player should be interrupted or closed abnormally, the database may be corrupted or lost. To protect from this kind of loss, RealOne Player can save and restore the database to/from a backup copy. Choose how often the RealOne Player automatically backs up your media database (for purposes of RealOne Player’s auto-recover and manual restore functions). Incremental Backup: Choose to Back up database incrementally, or only when you click Make Backup Now. Incremental backups are preformed whenever the database is modified. Restore from Backup: Delete your current database and replace it with the Backup copy. Make Backup Now: Copy the current database to a Backup copy. Compact Database: Remove empty data fields from the database.
