When you click a device listed in the Devices Page, RealOne Player attempts to connect to the device but cannot detect the device or storage of the device.
This message appears for the following reasons:
Device is not plugged into computer
Device is plugged into computer, but is not turned on
Memory card is not inserted into memory bay
Device is connected, but drivers are not installed or corrupted
Device is low on battery power / power adaptor is not plugged in.
Check to ensure your device is connected to your PC properly.
Validate that the Device is turned "on" to allow for detection of storage, and the ability to transfer files to the device.
Make sure that all your external memory storage is inserted properly into your Device.
Make sure your drivers are installed properly. Check your OS for troubleshooting tips with connectivity issues with your device, or contact the Device vendor for technical support.
Make sure your battery and power supply are inserted and/or sufficiently charged.
If your Device is working properly, but you still cannot detect the storage for your device, please contact RealNetworks Technical Support at http://service.real.com.
