The following actions will automatically modify the Now Playing list:

Drag & Drop a media file into Real Player (other than in the Now Playing List) from a local drive and folder. |
The automatic modification will be to either add clips to the list, or clear the list and create a new list. This will depend on the settings in the Now Playing section of your General Preferences.
