From the All Media page, select a clip(s).
Select Play Selected Clip(s) from the right-click menu.

When you save a media file to My Library, you create a media clip. Use the following procedures to play individual clips from My Library.
Note: When you select a clip to play, this will change the Now Playing list. If the 'Clear the Contents of the Now Playing list' option is selected from the General Preferences, a warning message will appear each time you select and play a clip.
