If you have recently changed your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or have several that you use from your computer, RealOne Player may not recognize the correct ISP to connect through.
When you click a link, RealOne Player attempts to dial the incorrect ISP or, if you recently installed a cable or DSL modem, it still attempts to dial out.
In order to make RealOne Player recognize a new, or the correct, ISP, you will need to change your default Internet connection.
To set your computer up so RealOne Player connects to the Internet using the correct ISP:
Click the Start button; choose Settings and then Control Panel.
Double-click the Internet (Internet Options) icon. The Internet Properties dialog box appears.
Click the Connection tab (for Internet Explorer 4, click Settings).
Change the Dial-up Connection setting to your current ISP.
Click Apply.
