Preferences: General

General preferences determine RealOne Player's most basic reactions while being used such as resizing, default saving locations, and how your playlists work.

Field

Description

History

(Default is enabled) When enabled, a list of the most recently played clips is available in the Location bar and is displayed in the File menu. Click Clear History to delete all clips from the History list.

Clear History: Click to remove history data for the Location bar.

File Locations

Select the directory to save recorded audio (from CDs or Mic/Line-in) files. (Default is C:/My Music/)

Select the directory to save downloaded (from the Internet) files . (Default is C:/My Music/)

Now Playing

Select the behavior of the Now Playing List when a new clip is selected to play.

Replace: Clear current Now Playing list, then add new clip at the top of the list.

Warn: If Replace option is selected, display warning whenever Now Playing list is about to be replaced.

Append: Add clips to list until selected number of clips are displayed. Then add and remove clips, first in, first out.

Player Options

Automatically resize: (Default is enabled) Check box to enable; RealOne Player will automatically resize the Video Screen to fit the size of the video content.

On startup: (Default is enabled) When starting the RealOne Player, the Media Browser is open to RealOne Home page.
