Use Content preferences to change your language preferences, accessibility options and to help RealOne Player more efficient for frequently played content.

Clip cache

To speed up playback of frequently used content, you can allow the RealOne Player to cache it, much like a Web browser does. Not all content is able to be cached, it must be created by the provider to do so. To change the default selections, click Settings...

Enable: (Default is On) Select to let the RealOne Player cache media files.

Clip cache size: (Default is 4MB) Move the slider to adjust the size. (Limited by available hard drive space.)

Empty clip cache: Delete media files from Clip cache.

Language and Country

Content provides can create multiple language content. By default, RealOne Player will display any text components in the language of the version you installed. If you prefer another language be displayed in content that provides more than one language, specify your preference here from the drop-down list.

Accessibility

(Default is Off) Content providers can use the RealOne Player’s abilities to offer accessibility features. If the clip has been authored without captioning or a descriptive track, these settings will have no effect.

Use supplemental text captioning.: Show captions.

Use descriptive audio: Play descriptive audio track to supplement graphic presentation.
