The Media Browser controls are located in the Navigation bar. You will notice that the Navigation bar changes as you select different pages on the Task bar (Web, My Library, CD, etc.). Each page has different navigation requirements, but the controls operate similarly on all pages.

The location window shows the URL of the current page displayed in the Media Browser (Web page only).
To manually link to a URL,
type the desired address in the Location window and click 
to go to the URL.
