Favorites are bookmarks for media clips. Whether the clip resides out on the Web or is local to your computer, favorites save the location information for quick access. You can organize Favorites in folders and sub-folders, just as files are stored on your computer.
Note: Favorites are saved as shortcuts.
To Add Clips to Favorites
Select View>Favorites>Add To Favorites, to open the Add to Favorites dialog.
Select The current clip to save the current clip, or (if clip is located on a web page) select The current web page to save the current web page location.
If you wish to save the Favorite to a specific folder, Click on Browse to open the Create In Folder dialog. Create a new folder (click New Folder...) or select an existing folder. Click OK as necessary to close the dialogs.
To Organize your Favorites
Select View>Favorites>Manage Favorites. This will display a directory on your local drive where the Favorites are stored.
Organize the shortcuts as you would any other file; you can Drag and Drop, Cut, Copy, Delete, Paste, or Rename them as you see fit.
To Play your Favorites
Select View>Favorites to open the Favorites menu.
Select a Favorite from the list at the bottom of the Favorites menu.
Click/roll over sub-folders ()
to open them and display additional Favorites to select.
