Why is My Library Slow?

If you have recently deleted large numbers of clips, or if you have deleted a large number of clips over time, My Library may begin to respond slugishly.

To correct this issue:

  1. Open Tools>Preferences in your RealOne Player menus.

  2. Expand My Library.

  3. Select Advanced My Library.

  4. Click Database...

  5. Click Compact Database.
