1. Click to open the Media Browser.

2. Click to open the Devices page. If necessary.

3. Click On the Navigation bar and select  All Devices from the drop-down list.

4. Select Add a New Device. The Devices section of your Preferences will open.

5. Click Add a New Device... to open the AutoUpdate dialog.

6. Select a device or plug-in from the list.

7. Click Install to complete installation.

In rare cases, a portable device plug-in can cause problems in RealOne Player. If you think the device is an issue you can disable it in the Devices section of your Preferences by following the steps below.

Note: When a device is disabled it is not deleted from the computer, but is disconnected from the player.

1. Select Tools>Preferences in your RealOne Player menus.

2. Click Devices.

3. In the Advanced Options panel, select the device or plug-in you want to Disable/Enable.

4. Click Enable Device to activate the device.
   Click Disable Device to de-activate the device.
