Autoconfiguration Failed

If Autoconfiguration failed, the most likely cause is that you have lost your connection to the Internet or to your company LAN.

  1. Check to make sure that your physical connections (the wires) are attached.

  2. Check to see if your modem is still connected to the Internet or, if at a company, that you still have a connection to your network.

  1. If you are connected to your LAN but still unable to Autoconfigure, contact your System Administrator and tell them you are having a Proxy problem with the Firewall.
