Autoconfiguration Failed
If Autoconfiguration failed, the most likely cause is that you have lost your
connection to the Internet or to your company LAN.
- Check to make sure that your physical connections (the wires) are attached.
- Check to see if your modem is still connected to the Internet or, if at a
company, that you still have a connection to your network.
- If your modem is no longer connected, turn it off for a few seconds and then
on again and try to reconnect to the clip you were trying to access. Your modem
should dial out again.
- If you are physically connected to the LAN, try rebooting to reestablish your
connection.
- If you are connected to your LAN but still unable to Autoconfigure, contact
your System Administrator and tell them you are having a Proxy problem with the
Firewall.
