Why does RealPlayer use the wrong ISP?

When attempting to automatically connect to the Internet, RealPlayer will select your default Internet connection. If you have more than one Internet Service Provider (ISP) RealPlayer may be grabbing the wrong one.

To change your default ISP:

1. Choose Settings/Control Panel from your Start button.

2. Double-click Internet.

3. Click the Connection tab (If you have IE4 click the Settings tab.)

4. Change the Dial-up Connection setting to your preferred ISP

5. Click Apply.
