RealPlayer Plus versus RealPlayer

This Help file is set up so that both RealPlayer Plus and RealPlayer users can find what they need. There are, however, considerable differences between the Plus and free versions of the Player. Those differences are marked as shown below.

This icon marks abilities and enhancements that are available only to RealPlayer Plus users.

Often the icon will appear in the banner at the top of a topic, but you will also see it in the middle of a topic when RealPlayer Plus offers additional features in a menu or dialog box (such as Save Current Place...).

Remember, you can always upgrade to RealPlayer Plus or even get a Subscription that will guarantee you the next version of RealPlayer Plus down the road as well as free enhancements along the way. We constantly strive to keep improving RealPlayer and a subscription puts you at the front of the line for the latest and greatest Internet technology available.
