RealOne Player won't launch when you double-click the icon or a file or behaves erratically.
Preferences for your RealOne Player may be set incorrectly (such as Proxies) or be corrupted.
Hold down the Control and Shift keys and double-click the Player icon to launch the application.
Click "Reset" when the Player's warning dialog is displayed. This will remove the current player preferences and restore the default settings.
Resetting your RealOne Player will cause all favorites, media types (including aliases to browser plug-ins), and preference settings to be lost and will sign you out of RealOne Services.
