Managing My Library

RealOne Player provides a library where you can store CDs, video clips or other media from the Internet to be played whenever you like. When RealOne Player determines you have downloaded a media file or recorded a file from CD, it will automatically organize that media based on information located with the file.

With RealOne Player open, select "My Library."

My Library has several quick searches all ready for you to use: All Media, Audio, Video, Search, Playlists and Autoplaylists. To access any of these areas, select them from the Command Bar drop-down lists or open the Organizer to see your clips in a familiar tree diagram.

For audio clips, select Audio in My Library. You can then sort your clips by Artist, Album, Genre and Artist/Album. To sort your clips, simply click on a name in the "Grouping Name" column.

For video clips, select Video in My Library. Videos are organized into All Video and Genre groups for quick access to your favorite clips.

Can't find a clip in My Library? Enter a Search term in the Search box and click "Search Now". You can even Search for song lyrics, if clips you've stored in My Library contain lyrics.

Want to change the information in My Library for any or all of your clips? Right-click on any clip with your right mouse button. Then, select "Edit Clip Info" to change the artist name, album name and extra information. In the command bar, choose New Playlists to create your mix of media; open & close the Organizer view for quicker access to My Library controls; and even create your own CDs with "Burn CD."
