Welcome to RealChannels! Using RealChannels, you can customize your RealPlayer with dozens of programs from leading news, sports, business, technology, music, and entertainment sources. Here are answers to some basic questions about using RealChannels.

What is a RealChannel? A RealChannel is a multimedia presentation available directly through your RealPlayer. Your RealPlayer G2 has come installed with several RealChannels programs.

How do I play a RealChannel? To play a RealChannel program, click the show logo on your RealPlayer G2. For example, to play the CNN RealChannel, click the CNN logo. To stop the program, click the Stop button on your RealPlayer G2.

How do I add a RealChannel? Click the "Add New Channels" button on the front of your RealPlayer G2 to access the RealChannels customization page. When the customization page appears in your browser, locate the RealChannel programs you'd like to add, and click the grey button next to each program. The logo for each program will appear in your RealChannel lineup on the left side of the customization page. Click Finish, and your new RealChannels will be installed. How do I remove a RealChannel? Click the RealChannel program logo in the left-hand frame of your RealPlayer G2. A green border will appear around the logo. Click the "Remove" link directly below your RealChannel lineup. When done, click Finish. The program will be removed from your list. You can also remove a RealChannel by right-clicking the RealChannel button on your RealPlayer G2, and selecting Remove. (Special instructions for users of Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0)

How do I preview a RealChannel program before adding it? To sample a program, click on the logo next to the program name. The latest program will begin to play.

How do I find out more about a RealChannel? To see a program description and update schedule, click the hyperlinked program name. A description of the program will appear to the right of the listings.

How can I see additional RealChannels? You can see additional RealChannels by accessing the customization page, and clicking on the program categories (News, Biz/Tech, Sports, Entertainment, and Music). Or just click on the "More" link.

How can I reorganize my RealChannels? In the left-hand frame of your RealPlayer G2, highlight the RealChannel you want to move, and click the "Up" or "Down" buttons below your list of programs. Continue this until you've reorganized your RealChannels.
